The Melting Pot

My name is Pat Hardin and I was in a group of 11 dining there tonight. Rick did an excellent job serving us and we all enjoyed the food! Very relaxed atmosphere and a great evening ! We were celebrating a birthday and it was perfect! Huge thanks to Rick and your staff! 5 Stars

Rick was great, lots of dad jokes. Food was amazing too.

Rick was hands down the best waiter we've ever had. He made our experience over the top. Explained everything, made sure we had drinks, made the best cheese the best dining experience I can remember having and it made our date night that much better.

Rick, out waiter, did an excellent job! Friendly, funny and very knowledgeable of the different choices. He offered.us a very delicious option for the chocolate fondue. Salted caramel cheese ake is the best!!!

Great place for a special occasion, and a great place to take someone for a fun dining experience. If you go, make sure to sit in Rick's section; excellent server with great dad jokes.

Don’t waste your time or money. Me and my husband went for our anniversary and the server dropped a glass and it went into my husbands eye. We were moved to the car to get our dessert. Honestly I feel our meal needed to be taken care of. The food was awful. Just go somewhere else

Hubs and I went out tonight for our 8 year anniversary. Rick was our server tonight. He was awesome. He was helpful and witty. We enjoyed the dad jokes and loved hearing his commentary. He made the night totally pleasant. Thanks Rick.

Pretentious argumentative and ill informed waiter. No attention for 1/2 hour. Paid $5 for a diet coke after waiting for 40 min and not even a glass of wine had come out. Have been customers for years. Mr. Waiter if you want the cistomer to actually dine there, don't appear confused and argue with a customer over the menu Bad form...bye bye Melting Pot of Greenville.

Our first time and we enjoyed it. Will do this again.
