Always LOVE the Melting Pot! Food is delicious....especially the cheese fondue! Don't expect to have a quick meal. It's a time to relax, enjoy your company, and savor the flavors and fun experience.

Wonderful evening for Valentines. Everything was presented well and well done. Our server Haley did a tremendous job.

First time customer. Highly overrated for me personally. $70 per person for Valentines with no options from main menu. Food was mediocre at best. From a restaurant named The Melting Pot, I at least had high expectations for the fondue. So, when our server came out to make the fondue, it was clearly pre-shredded bagged cheese and bagged bacon bits. You would at the very least expect high quality cheese and bacon in the fondue. The desert fondue was the best thing I had.

Jordan was great! Super friendly, kept up with our courses-even though she was super busy and had a few tables all around the restaurant. Mikayla (manager) was wonderful as always-she even greeted us by name!

Jordyn, our server, was fabulous. She made sure we got all our food quickly, and efficiently. She was attentive and helpful with our and was super friendly. Overall, I was very impressed with the service and the food was delicious as always.
