We have been buying our Tri Tip since 1990's from here. Thing is, we haven't lived in Fresno for over 20 years. We come visit friends & buy. We now live in WA. Today they went out of their way to fill our order! WE ARE HAPPY CUSTOMERS THANKS TO THE STAFF WHO ARE TRULY AWESOME

Man. So disappointed all my sandwiches were so dry and they mest up on my order and plus very expensive 41 dollars for dry food not worth it very sad

Biggest attitude over an order which is their JOB to take. They definitely need to hire better staff

I'd give them a higher rating (butcher counter and deli side), but the big, obnoxious guy with the sideways baseball cap just ruins the whole experience.

The other day, after leaving class at Fresno State, I noticed that this company generously donates to hungry students of all ages at the Fresno State Student Pantry. I simply wanted to express my gratitude and say, “Thank you.” May God bless you and your company always.

Regarding the restaurant side, Guy taking orders with the where's waldo glasses was in a bad mood and the meat was below average bbq. I have not purchased from the butcher so this review does not reflect that.

Good tri tip sandwich deal.

Quick unloading. Friendly Staff. Driections: from H99 take Herndon Ave, left on Ingram Ave and right on Alluvial Ave. Enter building with delivery sign gate. Go to the back. There is only 1 dock to unload. No overnight parking but street parkings are close by.
