On my initial visit to this establishment, known for its diverse selection of dining options, my companions and I were particularly drawn to this specific venue. However, the proprietor manning the cash register left much to be desired in terms of amiability. Our simple request for a fork was met with a rather condescending and dismissive attitude. Furthermore, the culinary offerings failed to impress. I opted for the steak arepa, only to find it disappointingly devoid of moisture. Regrettably, there is nothing remarkable about this establishment. Consequently, I am inclined to award it a solitary star.
It is one of the many stores located in the Time Out Market in Dumbo, between the Brooklyn Bridge and the Manhattan Bridge. This particular place is located on the ground floor of the market and the chicken arepas are worth trying!
Muy rico y buenas porciones
I ordered two arepas, one with procciuto and burrata and one with avocado and shrimp. Both were delicious. For the price, they could be bigger. Ingredients are fresh and high quality and are also prepared in front of the customer. Finding a seat is difficult so be patient. Arepas are a great snack option.
Puedo decir que es excelentemente bien ☺️ la Atención de la chica es única su pasión y explicación del arte de la arepa es increíble el sabor único y excelente precios
Big fat juicy arepa next to the water!
