Some of the worst service I’ve had in a while. Waited over 1/2 for a bottle of domestic beer that came without a glass which took another 10 minutes. The food service was also slow and items came out at vastly different times. Food was pretty good but overpriced. The room itself was cold and uninviting.
Our first (and last) visit for Valentines' Day. Should have foreseen how dinner would go when the 2 people at the hostess station walked away as we got to the podium. Took 25 minutes after ordering for the salad (and the appetizer showed up at the same time) to arrive and 50 minites for the main courses. Both steaks were overcooked, but we didn't have the opportunity to do anything about it because the server didn't return to the table after dropping the food off. No one ever bussed the salad/appetizer dishes and our main course dishes were still in front of us when dessert arrived. The cheese cake tasted like it was from GFS and the chocolate sauce was almost certainly hershey's. Steak was fatty. The bright spot was the crab stuffed shrimp. Would rank this meal below Outback.
If you are looking for a place to sit and talk, then this is the place for you. Service was very slow. Definitely understaffed not only with the wait staff, but also appears the kitchen as well. 3 hour experience that wasn’t expecting, which left less time to gamble. Food was ok, but not worth the price. There’s other places to eat inside…Should have went there instead. Will not return.
Really disappointed on over a $600 bill how terrible the food was. The restaurant was not busy but the food took nearly 2 hours to arrive. All 5 steaks were barely warm - we wondered if they’d been sitting for 20+ mins before they were brought out. I got pasta - $42 and took 3 bites. Nothing special. It was Applebees quality with Ruth’s Chris prices. We will not be going back. Highly disappointing for what was supposed to be an enjoyable Valentine’s Day. Also - don’t get the chocolate cake. It tastes like a kids birthday cupcake with no flavor chocolate shavings. So bad.
Prepare to spend money at this establishment. The bread and butter is very good. The Fried Cheese is very oily. You can not hear the slot machines while in the restaurant. The bathroom is set up strangely (one toilet) but more than one person can be in the restroom. The attempt at fine dining is noticeable through the staff.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience tonight for Valentine’s Day was awful. From the food to the service. I will not be returning. For the price please spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
Food was very good. Service was ok
First time visit. Probably will not go back. Food was good. Drinks were good. Atmosphere was good. Server was nice enough. The problem was that our dining experience took 3 hours. Price was higher on the check than what was on the menu. They corrected but that added another 20 minutes.
I would say about 3 weeks ago I ordered take out from this particular restaurant inside the casino called the final cut everything else was delicious is what I usually order but I was offered what I believe is a new item on the menu which is the lamb's chops so I Went ahead and ordered medium cooked and I basically got them charred burnt on both sides with a lot of fat and this is an item I'm not gonna order again everything else's perfect... So my rating is based only on how I got the lamb chops
There for wife's birthday so it was a special night. We looked at the menu online and when you see the prices you certainly expect high quality food and excellent service. I travel quite a bit and have had the fortunate opportunity to eat at a lot of nice restaurants... The food preparation, presentation, and overall service was subpar even when comparing to the local Applebee's. This place is nowhere near Ruth's Chris or Ditka's in Chicago. I do like to say one positive thing is the coffee was absolutely world-class although be careful if you need a refill they will charge you for it at five bucks a pop LOL
