Thank you very much to daniel, his customer service skills were top notch and didn’t disappoint. Would also like to highlight his piercings and eyes were very mesmerising. Navigating through the reviewing system was quite overwhelming.

Kara was great- sorted our table and was a gracious host throughout the evening. Made the whole experience very pleasant and enjoyable.

Was really excited for my sisters bridal shower but was quickly let down. We was not seated and had to wait at the reception for 15 minutes and was only attended to when a non-coloured couple came to the reception. Unsure if the waiter (a man with a tattoo on his hand) was having a bad day but clearly seemed like it - he seemed irritated when we asked for a simple request for switching one of our desserts for another (a lady over the phone prior said this was possible). We wasn’t asked how our food was whilst other tables were? The atmosphere was very cold; I am hoping this has nothing to do with our clear south Asian Muslim demographic. Our afternoon tea slot was 1-3 and we left 1 hour and a half earlier because of this. Hope no body has to have this experience.

Excellent service at the bottomless brunch, highly recommend, best in one I’ve been too in brum - left the bottle of Prosecco instead of single glasses you have to keep flagging someone down for a refill

After seeing reviews and previously speaking to a lovely woman over the phone to book the afternoon tea, I had high hopes our visit would be an exceptional experience but we were wrong. When we arrived, we were made to wait at the front reception for 10 mins with no greetings, up until a non coloured woman turned up. Once the non coloured woman arrived, a worker who we were unable to get a name but has a tattoo on his hand and was wearing a durag approached my group and looked somewhat miserable. We brushed this off and he took us to our seats. Once we sat down he asked us if we pre booked our afternoon tea to which we confirmed yes. Once we got our afternoon tea I noticed no body was approaching us to see if things are well or whether we need anything else, my group needed water but again no one approached us. What I found odd was the same worker seemed to approach other customers asking if they are ok or whether they need anything. We had two hour time slot and we left within an hour and surprise surprise again, no one even approached us in the end. It was an uncomfortable experience and unfortunately we will not be coming back. I hope the service will be improved and hope some of the workers receive adequate customer service training esp on not being bias towards certain demographics group as rather than checking how we are, they were too busy taking videos of one another.

Celebrated my friends 30th here on Saturday. We had such a great time, we had a bottomless brunch which was £35 a head and was all inclusive drinks (which was a really good selection of Aperol spritz / Prosecco / strawberry fizz and soft drinks) and a brunch style food. The atmosphere was amazing, great music which added to the ambience and the food/drinks were The bar was sooo busy which tells you it’s a popular place. Thank you to Max and the team for being so accommodating!! Wheelchair accessibility: There is a mother entrance around the side for accessible guests.
