I've Been To This Location With Friends Prior To This Visit Without A Problem. But NEVER Agin. We, Arrived At 5:00PM. Didn't Get Served Until After 6:PM. Our Orders Were Not Complete. Two Never Received Their Orders. I Asked To Speak With The Manager. Very Unprofessional, Unconcerned, And Extremely Rude. Short Staffed Is No Excuse. No, D.J. Is No Excuse. We, Will Most Definitely Be Taking Our Business Elsewhere. Some Place That Values Their Customers.

My experience was horrible. We were told they were out of bacon to make loaded fries, out of ranch dressing for wings, out of lemon pepper wings, out of tater tots and out of eggs. It took us over 2 hours to get a crableg order and the business only had approximately 15 customers in the building. Another customer came in a hour after me ordered crab legs and got hers before me. I was by the wait staff that the cook randomly selects which orders to fill and they were filled in a random order.

Well, today, me and 5 other friends decided to do to The Loft. Everything we ordered, they didn’t seem to have. I ordered loaded tots, they did have, I ordered ranch sauce, they didn’t have, I ordered lemon pepper wings, they didn’t have, I ordered garlic Parmesan wings and buffalo wings with a side of fries. Well, they were short staffed, one cook, and the owner was in the kitchen. Smh I got fries 1st and about 40 min later my wings came. I’m full off fries. My friends didn’t get their crab legs until 1.5 later after ordering, and 2 of them never received their order. When the crab leg order came they did put the eggs in it and them the eggs were cooking. But wait, shouldn’t the eggs have been with the crab legs? lol I’m not even upset, just disappointed.

My first time going there since they moved off of Dargan. I placed my order for Philly Cheesesteak, waitress came back saying they were out, ok no problem. Let me get the cheeseburger sliders, they were out, Cuban sliders, they were out. I said give me the ultimate cheeseburger, they had it available. How can I get the ultimate cheeseburger but you can’t make the cheeseburger sliders, I assume they were out of the Hawaiian rolls that go with the sliders since Cuban sliders wasn’t available. I enjoyed my ultimate cheeseburger and fries. The wings I took home for my granddaughter, she loved them. I will definitely try them again. Parking: Downtown is crowded and parking is terrible.

Good music. Good prices on food and probably the best French fries I've ever had. Nice crunch! Lol. Good attentive service as well Parking: Nice parking in front and outback with well lit areas.

This place was a nice vibe. I loved the music!

Great place to eat. Great drinks and great service. The food was so hot and good I wish I could eat there every night.

Supposed to open at 5 pm I stood at the door at 5:18 pm not able to get in. No host, wait or bar staff visibly present. A cook looked up and seen me but still no one came to let me in. Signs on the door say no sagging pants and no males under 25 allowed after 10pm. The whole town is just off. I’d recommend just going back to the interstate.
