The personal was very rude. Not coming back for sure.

Noodle soup is horrible, burger would be okayish if it was not $20+. Staff is OK.

Awful and expensive

The waiter didn't want to serve us only a beer at a table because it was "dinner time". We left immediately. Poor service. The app with the menu was as poor as the service. Forget this place

The waiter was really rude towards the children and only after we already ordered, she told us about the tip that is obligated to pay and is way too high

As you can see from my stars my experience at this place was atrocious. Before we start let’s look at the cost/performance ratio of this place: I ordered a chicken sandwich, which was small and only tasted like flour, the sandwich was served with chips, not fries , chips and if you ordered chips separately they would have costed six dollars without taxFirst when we tried to order on the website like we were supposed to, it didn’t work and when I went to the bar the man was very rude and sent us away with the excuse that somebody would come in a minute. After that we waited for a while with big hunger and multiple attempts to call a waiter. After that our waiter didn’t tell us that we have to pay a gratuity fee because we were more than 5 people and she provided us with „good service“, which she didn’t. When we tried to get that ridiculous fee explained and why she didn’t tell us beforehand, she called us disrespectful. After that we mentioned that servers are not being paid well enough here and she called us disrespectful again. I mean it’s not like she chose her job on her own in New York, also called capital of freedom, which is located in USA, which is also called the country where everything is possible. Anyway after that we got mad and came on to her level of rudeness. If I could have chosen between paying that fee and cleaning and waiting the table myself. I would have cleaned the table.

If it weren’t for the TV screens being blue, the bar lights being blue and the food being given a healthy amount of radar love the people doing the service people may have had something to be proud of. And they were all good!

This kind of service should be banned from the airport. I hope the authorities will read these reviews one day
