Decent food and good vibes! The menu is quite unique, but is filled with delicious options. If you’re not accustomed to the menu items, this might not be the place for you. I’ve never even heard of most of the items, but wanted to try everything. The prices are probably a bit higher than expected, but they definitely reflect the portions given. I waited for about 10-15 minutes, but didn’t mind considering how good my sandwich was. * Kroft Fried Chicken Sandwich: 9/10 - really tasty and decent sized portion The parking lot gets busy quite easily so you might have to park on the street. The staff was really friendly and the restaurant has an urban atmosphere. We’ll definitely be stopping by to try all of the other delicious options! Highly recommend giving them a try! Parking: There’s a designated parking lot, but half of it is reserved for valet. The other half is free, but there are really limited spaces so will definitely get busy. There is also street parking available, however.

The Kroft, nestled within the bustling Anaheim Packing House, has rapidly become a go-to destination for those in pursuit of great comfort food with a twist. Among the star attractions of their menu are the Wagyu Smash Fries, Cheese Steak Sandwich, and Smash Cheeseburgers, each of which manages to elevate traditional American cuisine to new heights. The Wagyu Smash Fries are nothing short of a symphony of taste. It combines the richness of 2 Wagyu beef patties, grilled onions, American cheese, diced pickles, and secret sauce with the crispy, golden texture of perfectly cooked fries. A must-try for any visitor. Meanwhile, the Cheese Steak Sandwich is a testament to The Kroft's commitment to quality and flavor. Tender slices of rotisserie beef, garlic mayo, grilled onions, swiss cheese, and a soft potato roll come together in a symphony of flavors that pays homage to the classic Philadelphia cheesesteak, with a unique twist that sets it apart. A visit to The Kroft is not just a meal; it's an experience that leaves you longing for your next visit. Come check it out!
This place is good but not great. I don't think the value was worth the price. The sandwich was smaller than I expected. The Mac & cheese was ok. The bbq fries were what I expected. They did have a happy hour with 50% beers, sides, and wine. That made it worthwhile, otherwise I would have felt like I overpaid. This restaurant is in the Anaheim packing district building where most things are overpriced so it's probably just what you should expect. Otherwise, the service was great. There is fairly minimal seating as well. I would maybe eat here again, but I wouldn't go out of my way or even come to the packing district for this restaurant.
Hearty rich crazy comfort food
I guess I came on a bad day or a new cook or something. The beef patty on the burger was burned and far too salty. I have to say even the cheese Kurds were cooked too long. Big letdown.
Unfortunately, they can't fulfill their orders.
We were excited to try Kroft at the Anaheim Packing House after reading good reviews. After being told they were out of several items, the meat on the fries and in the egg rolls tasted old. They are also located downstairs, so you lose some of the atmosphere that the top floor has. I wouldn't return.
The food and service here is amazing! The wagyu smash burger was so tender and fresh. The chicken parm sandwich had tons of flavor, and paired perfectly with parmesan garlic fries. Would definitely recommend and plan on coming back again soon.
