Absolutely fabulous food, but maybe we came on an off day, because wait times after sitting down were pretty crazy long. We had a reservation but waited about 30 minutes to have our order taken. Food took quite a while too, but once we received it, it was absolutely delicious. Eggs Benedict 10/10, fresh ingredients. French toast 9/10, fantastic but not filling. Coffee was fab too.

Food was subpar and so was the service. Ordered eggs, bacon toast and potatoes. By the way, toast is extra for one piece of bread. Took a long time to arrive. I wouldn't return. Overpriced and overrated.

I was expecting a good experience at kitchen step for my brother's birthday but it was one of the most disappointing and embarrassing experiences.First of all I reserved over the phone a few days prior and told the person who I spoke to that it s my brother s birthday.We got there on Sunday December 10 and we're seated next to a loud large group,so we asked politely if we could move to a different table,the server Michael who was the spoiler of the moment told us "I'm going to carry your drinks you just have to move your bodies" .I don't know if he was trying to be sarcastic but I let it go and before that my brother was parking and I told him it's my brother's birthday can you do something?he goes sure you can order dessert now and when the time comes it's going to come out with a candle.We ordered the cheese plate for appetizer which was only three cheeses for$19 two burgers and I did mention no bacon on both,the buttermilk chicken and a steak.After the cheese plate we waited 25 minutes for our entrees, and they finally came out with the 2 burgers having bacon on both .We sent them back and as muslims we're not supposed to eat anything that touches pork , they took the bacon out and brought back the burgers but at that point we were already fed up.The chicken and the steak were good but small portions,and dessert time comes we got the chocolate cake with no candle on it i asked him what happened his answers was "i don't know '"...what pissed me off the most is a few minutes later the runner brought a horrible ice cream wich i was charged for ,and never ordered with a candle .

Very nice atmosphere. Good food also
