Every single dish from the menu was really delicious, such a rare find in South FL, well done team!

Wow, wow, wow...did I mention wow! The food, the service, the ambiance ..... amazing! We will be returning soon!

I will add to other reviews that say that the overall feeling I had about my visit was “just ok”. Most everything I ate was delicious and beautifully presented, but nothing felt terribly special or memorable. The scallops crudo was a delight for a light bite, but I felt that I had eaten this exact dish at other restaurants before. The clam chowder fries were delicious, but again didn’t give me a big “wow!” The team really talks up Thai curry branzino as being their top dish, but unfortunately this was the only dish I felt was somewhat disappointing— the flavor profiles didn’t really sing in harmony to me on this dish. However, it seems that this restaurant really shines when it comes to vegetables: the carrots with labneh, charred cabbage salad, and the papaya salad that is used to top the branzino dish were all spectacular and really delicious. Overall a good meal, I left satisfied, but again I didn’t really see a lot of wow factor. Out of towner here, but seems like a really great spot for somewhere like Ft Lauderdale. Service was really friendly and kind, able to confidently offer suggestions for food and alcohol pairings. Lots of choice for wines by the glass. The sake house cocktails were interesting and delicious. The space is very small and atmosphere was kind of generic. Give this place a try, but maybe lower your expectations if you’re an experienced and well-traveled foodie.

Came here for my birthday dinner and the most I can say about this dining experience was that everything was just OK. The restaurant itself is very tightly packed, I felt like I was in the conversations being had by the tables next to us as you’re only about a foot away. Distracts from any ambiance they’re aiming towards. The service was confusing, we had about 4 different people ask about our water preferences yet by the time our first dish arrived we didn’t even have silverware to eat it with. The crispy rice was disappointing. I’ve had better at almost every sushi joint I’ve been to in South Florida. Rice is thick and rock hard. The carrots were actually quite delicious.. high price for carrots but at least they were good. The short rib was good but nothing wow about it. The curry branzino which received a top dish of 2023 award was too spicy for me to even try but my boyfriend stated was also just OK. Dessert was interesting. A mushy “French toast” which had a decent flavor profile but odd texture. Birthday wasn’t acknowledged even tho it was detailed in the reservation. By the end of the night I didn’t even care since the whole experience was underwhelming. For the price, the accolades, and the beautiful story of how the restaurant came to be, I was expecting way more but was disappointed to say the least. Will not be returning here.

We had such an incredible time! The Clam Chowder Fries were divine. Cruz was such a kind and attentive waiter. Our entire experience was worth every penny!

This place is disappointing. I was all hyped up from the awards and reviews but completely let down by the experience. It's freezing cold inside. Super loud for the amount of people. We had to ask for silverware. Service sucked overall. Best plated but worst tasting crispy rice in FL. Zero acknowledgement of my girlfriends birthday. Short rib was good, Thai curry fish was no better than any Thai dish. Just completely underwhelmed. Even "the best dessert" was just so so.
