The Juicy Crab

The quality is a waste of your money!!! The food had no seasoning, when I asked for seasoning they dumped the bottom of the bucket in the bag making the food uneatable. The worst experience ever. To pay $100 and not be able to enjoy it is disappointing!!!! Never Again!!!!

I went to place a order for take out & the cashier had a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!!! So bad that I didn't even place my order to go anymore .... I usually go here faithfully w friends & family but I will NOT BE GOING BACK!!! After the way I was treated .... I will take my business elsewhere where my money will at least be appreciated

The food was really good I’ll give it a 10/10 the food was fresh and good.However the service was not it!! I came with a family member and child and when we came in today we was able to immediately get seated.After being seated it was a very long wait for the server to come take our orders, even to grab our drinks. after the wait the server kept apologizing for the long wait, she then took our orders and brought our drinks which my family member cup was dirty the server went and got a new drink. We got our food during the process we wasn’t checked on to see how the meal was or if we needed refills, which we did . By the time it was time to pay the serve gave us the receipt and we paid after she handed us the tip receipt pointed at all 3 tips and said “which tip are you going to give me” as she stood over us waiting for us to tip…I have no problem with tipping but for her to say that then say “it’s mandatory because of my service” is strange if she has a problem with her pay she should take that up with a manager or find a new job!

Food was trash, service was trash, bathrooms were dirty as hell. They don’t season the batter for the shrimp, I asked the server about it. Food didn’t look or taste fresh. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
