The Juicy Crab Memphis Winchester

This was my first time trying this place and I must say it was less than horrible. I got a bag that was completely sour! I ordered the juicy special extra hot. But what I got was very hard eggs and beyond sour sauce. Nothing about the bag was seasoned nor spicy. When I called the store the woman kept trying to force me to get another bag rather than me just get a refund. She proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong with the bag as if she was eating it. I would’ve been inclined to accept her order of another bag had her customer service not been so bad. I will not be returning.

Orders are always right and the food is AWESOME!!! The staff are always punctual and very kind. I don't always eat seafood but when i do this is the place to be.

Juicy crab hits the spot every time. Exceptional service and very clean atmosphere. The food was tasty and delicious, a generous portion of food at an affordable price.
