They never answer the phone… ever

I sat at the bar and instead of greeting me the bartender stared at me with a confused look for an awkward minute then he slowly approached and said “what do you need” I said I would like to order and eat he says “takeout is over there ” I said I want to eat right here he then slowly walks away does 15 other things and brings me a dirty menu. I should have got up and went home right then but I stayed. As I sat there I observed the bar was dirty but this bartender was standing around just giving off bad vibes. My food was over cooked and salty every crab leg was empty or shriveled up on the inside. Half my mussels were not open. I ordered two different combos and each was the exact same poor quality! Please find a new bartender Shemidah should not be working with people he is rude, dry, slow and not personable at all. He has a beautiful smile and that is it his customer service skills are poor and how he talks to the guest comes off very disconnected. The restroom was nasty and the floor was sticky. When I closed out he never let me see my itemized receipt he took my card and walked all the way over to takeout area to run my card and made several stops along the way idk what that was about but if I have a issue with my card I’m gone bring that issue right back to Juicy Crusty Crab! I will not be back and I’m calling the health department! I tried to find the score posted but either it’s not or I missed it but I believe it’s under a 90 from what I observed!

Disappointing experience. Not clean , food is nothing I would NOT eat there again

Every time I order this restaurant off DoorDash they forget to give my tea to the driver… EVERY TIME. or when the drivers go back in the store or I have to call and tell them don’t forget to give the dasher my drink. These lazy no good workers give me unsweet tea… all they have to do is FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. I’m starting to hate that place. The one on campus creek

I just walked out. Juicy Crab over by OLG. Waited for a menu at a dirty bar. Bartender asked was I ready to order. I said “yes let’s get to it”. He walked off and 5 minutes later he came back. A guy just sat next to me after I’ve been there for 15 minutes got his drink and order taken before me. I walked out. Keith Lee ain’t lying. You can’t help these black folks out.

Great an clean

Honestly I feel this place is overrated as far as taste. My food was SALTY!! I think it was the Cajun sauce. Whoever made it did a bad job. I’ve sat in and had food delivered and it’s terrible, nothing like it was years ago. I travel over 20 minutes away just to get seafood now.

We always have the best experience here. Great food and great atmosphere!! Renae made the experience so much better today!! 5+ stars
