The Ivy Tower Bridge

The only thing for me that stops this being a five star review is the process they have for delivering the food to the table. One set of staff brought the food out to a service table then they tried to get the waiting staff to serve it. However, we saw some food there for 2-3 minutes getting cold. However, everything else was top quality. All staff we encountered were excellent and our waiter was top-notch; knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Food was delicious and I think at reasonable cost.

They forgot to bring one starter and then gave me a beef burger instead of a vegan burger. Pretty whack mistake to make at the ivy of all places.

Visited for my daughters 21st birthday. Great service, amazing view, and fantastic location

The location and atmosphere are amazing. The food was lovely and there are loads of great options to choose from on the menu. Service was very slow, it was a Friday night but got the impression they were short staffed.

My first experience of The Ivy and it was lovely. The staff were attentive and the food was fab! We dined a little late and hadn't booked but they managed to get us a table on the terrace. We had our own heater and they even offered us blankets.

We vested the restaurant and we were served by Gem an excellent service.
