Great quality taster menu!

My experience was absolutely awful. I went for a birthday dinner with a couple of friends. We were served by a waitress Gina in a black suit. Unfortunately, she was racist and made our experience absolutely horrible. Before we sat down, she reminded us that we had to be out of the table very quickly because there was another booking for the table after us. She came to our table to remind us every 2 minutes, ‘you need to eat and leave quickly’. Literally every 2 minutes without fail. She then started taking plates while we were still eating from them. Literally, taking a plate away while someone was picking food from it. Initially, we thought this was just how Gina was. Maybe she was just having a bad day. But then we noticed that she was different with the 2 tables surrounding us. Ofcourse the 2 tables were filled with white individuals. It was very obvious that their experience was very different to ours, while we were being rushed off, Gina took the time explaining their meals to them, making jokes and giving them great service. I had been to this Ivy Asia a couple of times before, but after this experience, I will not be returning or recommending it to my loved ones. I do not recommend.

Fantastic experience at Ivy Asia. Food was really amazing and staff very knowledgable on my dairy and gluten free requirements, with plenty of options. All food was delivered promptly and was incredible in both presentation and taste. Sadia looked after us really well and was such a delight making sure we had everything and was really attentive. She even arranged for a special dessert (with the help of an equally friendly manager) when we couldn’t find what we wanted in the menu. Every member of staff were friendly and helpful which made it an all round great experience and we will be back again!

Wow! What a place to dine in. Exquisite decor and very good ambience not to mention the view of St. Paul's Cathedral. Service was excellent and food was all good with excellent presentation. Well definitely go back for that special occasion or just wanting a night to remember!

I had a wonderful birthday lunch with my friends in this restaurant. The bartenders are very friendly and made us beautiful cocktail drinks. Special thanks to April who made our experience outstanding. She was so polite, friendly and giving extra mile to help. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the ambience and the delicious Ivy Asia Experience menu. Food is superb!!! I highly recommend St Paul Branch
