Big shout out to these guys in terms of service, atmosphere, and food choices, at least at bar. If you get Steven you're with someone who definitely appreciates and knows what they're doing. Didn't realize this place was here but will absolutely make this the recurring stop.
The appetizer meatballs are a joke. $14 for 3 meatballs smaller than golfballs is an embarrassment. These meatballs should be on a toothpick not on a plate. Now I'm going to go across the walkway and order me a burger from McDonald's.
I feel perhaps lucky? Because our experience was pretty phenomenal despite some of the reviews leading me to believe otherwise. Service was great. Really liked Justin, our server. Food was great! Booths were comfy and nice to be able to lounge for a bit. Would come back next time passing through DFW!
Only had the deep-fried calamari. Excellent. A good ratio of tentacles to rings. Best surprise was biting into slice of battered lemon. The chairs and tables are high of the ground, so it's not a comfortable place to take a long break.
Good food, got pesto shrimp. For $20, two shrimp. Not enough pasta to fill a toddler.
The food was really good, especially for the time crunch I was in. My server Elijah made sure to take really good care of me and was extremely attentive, probably one of the funniest servers I’ve met definitely most memorable made my experience really enjoyable. If you’re stopping through I definitely recommend the restaurant and Elijah as your server.
Management treats their employees horrible. And i got food poison there. Never by there meatballs
The service here was solid, and the restaurant itself was clean, but the food quality just wasn’t all there. The soup of the day was acceptable, but the chicken alfredo was absolutely dreadful - soaked in oil, sauce had the texture of guacamole with none of the flavor, and the portion size was small. Most airport outposts of restaurant chains aren’t worth the money, and this was no exception.
Let’s dive in. Went here before my flight. Ordered the chicken sandwich club, was pretty dang good. Had some nice creamy sauce bacon egg chicken and arugula, pretty good sandwich. I got some pepperchini aioli on the side and was pretty nice add on, fries came and were way over cooked. My server was great and very friendly and replaced them right away + some extra. Even brought me a sauce he recommended. Was only about $17 before tip. So yeah I’d say it was a good eating experience. Over cooked fries happen. Was still good when replaced. Had a little fry seasoning too. Will eat again at DFW if feeling something familiar.
