I like the Incredible Cafe, overall a good dining experience. Recently while we were dining there, 2 couples came in together, each with a dog on a leash. They were seated inside. This is against state law. It was obvious by the dogs' appearance, and behavior, that they were not service animals. When these couples and their dogs left, they thanked the owner/manager for letting them bring the dogs in; there was some discussion about they usually sit outside in the patio dining area, but because it was raining.... Too bad! The dogs should have been left outside, tied up, in the car, at home, etc. In the case of a dog *looking like*(but maybe not obvious) a service animal, it is the proprietor's responsibility and right to ask if the dog is a trained service animal, what disability-related service it performs. Obviously this should be done tactfully, diplomatically. And it is a violation of state law to falsely present an animal as a service animal. Future violations will be reported to the Health Dept.
While we were seated quickly and the service was fast my Cappuccino was awful and so was my omelette……overcooked, hashbrowns commercial from a box, crunchy on outside undercooked inside. Tried a couple bites of both and told them it was bad. I was reimbursed but no apology or trying to rectify the situation. Will definitely not return
