The food was simply incredible. However, the star of the show was Rays drinks !!! Sat at the bar and she was so helpful with the menu and made us the BEST drinks I ever had. The second drink I ordered she “surprised” us and got our preferred drinks dead on. I was So shocked that she blindly made a drink that represented me, and represented my partners taste. Exceeded my expectations !!!! We had drinks all over the world and this beats everything !!!
The place is amazing great vibes, great service and fresh ingredients. Sadly the food is tasteless we tried 5 dishes 2 appetisers (spring rolls and octopus) they were mediocre, fried rice which was in desperate need of salt and seasoning it was bland, chilled noodles which was okay and the beef which had an amazing sauce but for this price I expected it to be a fillet but it was 70% fat, which really disappointed! I would recommend this place for drinks, some appetisers thats it, maybe just drinks!
Cool room with stunningly bad food. Zero idea how it is so packed there. The beef dish was a puddle of goop over uncooked ramen noodles fresh out of the package. Meat was all very fatty. Even stuck random bitter vegetables into the fried rice to completely ruin what would have been a perfectly subpar dish otherwise. The sea bass was the best thing we had, and it was generally 'fine' with occasional bites of 'pretty good'.
Loved everything about this restaurant. From the food, service and décor. It was phenomenal. I came alone and was greeted by a very nice staff. The food came out promptly and tasted amazing. I had the Black Bean Ribs and Smoked Bacon Fried Rice with an egg on top. My waiter recommended the Yuzo lemon drop drink and for dessert I had the Mango Sago Pudding. It all hit the spot. Will definitely recommend and return again.
Great overall. Service, food, atmosphere. Wine selection could’ve been better.
Cool hidden restaurant on the top floor of the Tin Building. The black pepper beef was tasty.
