I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Henry in Coronado, and it was an experience that truly exceeded all expectations. Now, let's talk about the food – it was simply outstanding. After a long day of exploring the city, indulging in the Pretzels & Provolone Fondue was the perfect way to unwind. The pretzels were freshly baked and paired perfectly with the creamy, flavorful fondue. As for our main courses, both the All-American Burger and the Braised Short Rib were absolute standouts. The burger was cooked to perfection, with juicy beef and all the classic fixings, while the braised short rib was melt-in-your-mouth tender and bursting with rich, savory flavor. But beyond the delicious food and impeccable service, what truly sets The Henry apart is the ambiance. Nestled in the heart of Coronado, the restaurant provides a cozy and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. It's the kind of place where you can relax and unwind after a busy day of sightseeing, savoring every moment with good food and great company. I want to write this review because the manager Lauren and our server Zeke was beyond exceptional. We had more people than we expected and Lauren made it happen and accommodated us as best as she could. Zeke our server was phenomenal, our birthday queen felt special and the food was bomb! Having a party of 16 is super hard, I’m impressed that he was super attentive and managed it so well! Honestly, I loved my experience. Definitely will be coming back!

this was a cute place to grab breakfast. enjoyed the atmosphere a lot. the weather is amazing so having the doors and windows completely open was very refreshing. i could have stayed there all day LOL

Had an incredible brunch here! Pete was our waiter and he was an absolute delight- he truly brought the meal to another level. We enjoyed a variety of appetizers- the pretzels & fondue, burrata, truffle fries, crispy rice & tuna, and a new whipped ricotta that’s not on the menu yet. We loved it all! Would absolutely recommend this place every single time! Vegetarian options: Decent vegetarian options- plenty of appetizers, one salad, and two mains (pasta and harvest bowl)

This beautiful restaurant has a great vibe. I went for a late brunch. The food would have been better if the vegetables tasted fresh; it was still enjoyable.

With a full barista service that crafts latte art you'll hesitate to sip, it sets the stage for a meal to remember. My ranchero dish was a flavorful nod to traditional chilaquiles, while my wife's Flower Child Scramble—a vibrant mix of roasted Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and kale—showcased the kitchen's flair for transforming simple ingredients into a feast for the senses.

Waited a long time for this place on a Sunday AM. Found it underwhelming with long wait for food to arrive; greasy bar quality food; and stale / old leaves on the Caesar salad.
