The Habit Burger Grill

I been to this habit a couple of times and I love the service they attend me with. Especially after my last visit, Vanessa the manager attended my needs of having a table cleaned in seconds, instead of getting someone to clean it for me, I appreciate a manager that works as hard as her workers.

I know I'll always have great service at this habit. Vanessa one of the managers is so kind and accommodating. My food is always hot and fresh!

Not only was the food super fresh, but the customer service was even better!! Their manager Vanessa went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had everything we need to enjoy our meal. And we did exactly that! Incredible hospitality, thank you Vanessa, definitely will be coming back to this location.

One of our burgers meat was raw, and when we went to go, let the cashier know he was very friendly, and had already started making another sandwich. Then Manager Vanessa approached the counter and asked what was wrong with the burger, and stated that it had already been bit. We let her know that the meat was pink still, and the sandwich did not taste right. She then proceeded to give us attitude and started arguing with us. She was calling us fat, and cursing at us. we have been to various habit locations and have never experienced such rude customer service. definitely will not be returning to this location

Always love going to this habit location, the manager Vanessa always greets me with a kind smile. I never have no problems here and my food always comes hot and fresh! Thank you Vanessa !

Food was great and tasty, and was completed in a timely manner. However, what really led me to make this review was the excellent customer service. Vanessa was so kind and patient with my order, she answered all my questions with a polite and positive attitude. She really made my experience a great one and can confidently say I will return. Thanks Vanessa !
