Fantastic experience. Can't recommend it enough.
I was invited to dinner as a guest at Gundis. This experience was unbelievable. The atmosphere and service were grand. The food was stupendous. I had the lamb shank. The meat fell off the bone. It melted in your mouth. I was going to take the bone home, name it, and count it as a dependent on my taxes to remember this experience forever. The humus was lovely. The desert and Turkish coffee were outstanding. To complete the night, the owners visited our table. What a lovely couple. My compliments to the chef and staff. I will be returning!!!
Awesome taste and atmosphere! Many different vegan options were available
Great place for a laid back brunch. Kurdish food that's pretty light and exceedingly healthy. Everything we've tried there was amazing. Their shareable platters are great and you can always get some more bread for the copious amounts of jam and honey they give you. I always leave full.
Great breakfast and experience and very reasonable prices Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible
Get something with soujouk in it. When I am recommending meat, you know it's good Shout-out to the hostess for seating me immediately in a packed restaurant
I came back 4 years later and The Gundis is going harder and stronger than ever. This time we came for the 2 person breakfast. No need to worry about the details just ask for the breakfast. Your table will soon populate with little plates full of olives, cheese, honey, jams. Soon you will feel like you are camping at Mehmet's grandma's mountain hideaway. Except that Mehmet was out server who led the impeccable service where little plates were promptly removed and new rounds of fresh bread reappeared. This place has heart!
