The Grotto

The food was amazing! Good cocktails Fried Calamari great Achee tostones: very good and I don't even like fish like that. Grotto Pasta: decadent meal. The spice they use to season their meats for burgers, wow! The only critique, was that the main course took a while to come, but it seemed busy for the kitchen today. Dine in the patio section, very nice

Saw the restaurant featured online several time so I had to try it. Turned out to be such a disappointment. There are only 3 tables inside. I don’t think I would really call it a restaurant as it is so small. Took one hour and half for our food to arrive and 45 minutes for appetizers. The oxtail egg roll is really veggies with oxtail gravy and a side of duck sauce. The mac was taken out of the over before it was ready. The jerk chicken was cold. I will say we tried several items on the menu and the rasta pasta was good. The issue was it took so long to come I was no longer hunger. Worth every dollar definitely One of the greatest places you can have great food at I would advise anybody to come in and sit down and eat the food is definitely 5 stars I've haven't had a better meal and multiple restaurants I've ate at definitely should Be on your date list #brumichi #happiness #godovereverything

Service was okay. The waiter was great, but I think the kitchen messed up the service because the orders took a very long time to come out, and even after reminding the waiter, there was some wait time. Ackee on plantains was great Crispy Wings was great Oxtail was cold for everyone that ordered it, 3 of us. And was mid. Oxtail with pasta wasn't hitting either. Drinks were okay.

everything was delicious. You know why cause my mama said so and she's an excellent cook. Oxtails, delicious food pipe and hot but the freshness of it all specially the crabcakes delicious and the eggrolls with a cake a little spice, but not hot perfectly done. I will definitely come back again Gread vibes and great music but it's all about the food for me and the service was good also

The Good. The Bad. The ugly. 1st the good- food was amazing. Hands down perfect. The bad-service was slower than molasses ( I used to serve tables so I'm not sure if the server forgot to hit send ( for them to start the dinner) on the ticket while we were eating our starters or if the kitchen is just slow. The ugly- even though we waited over an hour to get our dinner after the apps, they did not even offer us a free drink or anything. Its was as if they didn’t care. My son got his fries 15 minutes after we were long finished eating dinner and you would think they would say, sorry we will take at least the fries off the bill. Nothing. Zip. Nada.
