Disappointing Experience at Greenhouse Eatery Our dining experience at Greenhouse Eatery on March 2nd left much to be desired. Upon entering, we were greeted by a young male employee wearing headphones, seemingly engrossed in his own world of music. Throughout our meal, we observed concerning lapses in food safety protocols, as he handled various food items without wearing gloves or sanitizing his hands. We spent a lot of money on our meals and even gave a generous tip. Additionally, when we sought assistance, the employee was nowhere to be found, only to later discover him seated in a closet type area beside the register, hidden, absorbed in his phone with headphones still on. Literally not looking up once even while I was standing there looking at him. This behavior felt highly unprofessional and not conducive to providing quality customer service. It's disheartening to encounter such disregard for basic customer interactions and food safety measures in a restaurant setting. This was a first for us, and unfortunately, it significantly detracted from our overall dining experience. I think it will take a lot for me to want to come back again to eat here and I’ll most likely be filing a complaint through AHS.

The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered 3 meals and each meal was amazing! So flavourful and fresh! I would recommend that the front counter be cleaned much better. The bathroom needed a deep clean as well. Also, more plants are needed!

The owner could choose a better location for such a healthy options store than the one he is in. It must be due to the cold Arctic snap that inside it felt a bit desolate around 2 pm on a Jan 15. The place has so much pottential if the management would not miss/overlook some details like the cleaniness of the prep area, the presentation of the menu at the counter or the cooking staff's sweater under a simple apron and a bit unsanitary tuque. The food was good, healthy, vegetables were crunchy. I wished the chicken was warmed up a bit more. Overall,I would go back if on my way, but I would not go across town for it.

Jerk Chicken Salad was dynamite!!

I was surprised by how refreshing the salads tasted. The dressing made eating salads delicious without making it feel like you were eating a salad. All the vegetables tasted crisp, and the plating was Instagram-worthy. The girl working up front was genuinely kind and assisted me in picking an item, providing alternatives when it came to dietary restrictions. My overall experience was enhanced by all of these factors.

This is my first time trying this place and honestly the food is 10/10. I will be coming back for my meal prep for sure!!

Great, healthy, affordable, tasty food. Had the jerk chicken curry paella bowl and my friend had the jerk chicken wrap. Awesome!

The food here was so healthy and PACKED with flavour. This one has been added to my favourites for sure. Vegetarian options: Tofu and falafel options available if you’re not in the mood for meat. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and dairy free options.

What a wonderful place with so many great flavors and options to choose from. I loved the healthy subtitute options for people with dietary restrictions. The prices blew me away too as compared to eating out at a chain restaurant. You can tell that the owner cares about quality and wants to make it affordable for people to eat healthy. 100% recommend to everyone! Even my husband loved my leftovers and he does not usually eat cauliflower rich and greens! Just goes to show you that the flavors this place puts in the bowl are off the charts delicious! Dietary restrictions: I love that they offer cauliflower rice or quinoa ss a base for people who are looking for healthier options
