I've been here a few times. Always wonderful. Went with my wonderful girlfriend this past Saturday for her birthday. After ordering drinks and appetizers we realized we were both tired and not super hungry after a day of walking Gatlinburg and a late lunch. The staff politely prepared our order to go (all boxed up and bagged) and the food was wonderful. Thank you for so many wonderful experiences and we will be back!

Awesome in every way, food amazing, service amazing and atmosphere again amazing. We were in the area for our 15th anniversary and Greenbrier was definitely a great pick, thank you to all the staff for a great experience...my hubby loved The Dylan!!!!

Pros: *Rustic, warm environment *All food and drinks were absolutely incredible! The ingredients were such high quality and so fresh. - We ordered the Dylan (smoked bourbon) and the blood orange bourbon sour (pic attached) for drinks; the coconut curry soup and starter Caesar salads, pan chicken and multiple dishes of steaks. We highly recommend all of these plates. The chicken was so moist and the steaks were cooked to perfection *Our server was very friendly, attentive, personable, and knowledgeable with all of our questions (can’t remember his name, but he had a beard and I believe he was also a bartender) *We sat in the bar due to having no reservations. The bar area was so rustic and cozy. There were many guests who were dressed quite fancy that sat in the dining area (for a date night), so it was nice to have a separation if you’re not looking to dress super fancy but are still looking for an incredible meal. Cons: None Recommendations: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Make a reservation & try this place (coming from a foodie) Parking: The parking lot/restaurant is a bit of a strange location but once you get past the front businesses and up the hill, it’s like its own private area of land. The parking lot layout is a little difficult when driving a truck, but it’s manageable! Wheelchair accessibility: Bar area is definitely wheelchair accessible.
