Some of the best, most nourishing food I’ve had in a while. Got the toast half-flight which included the avocado, pink, and whipped goat. All of them were absolutely incredible. How lucky are we to have a restaurant like this in our city that serves healthy, whole foods at a reasonable price =)
I’ve been coming here for several years and normally the food is amazing and the service is great, but today was really disappointing. We order two toast flights to go and waited on the patio for them to be ready. About twenty minutes later someone went around to all the tables and mentioned that they were out of eggs, but that they would be ready in ten minutes. They didn’t come to our table as we had ordered to go, but we over heard them. I decided to wait because 10 minutes wasn’t too long… but then that 10 minutes turned into another 40 minutes. During that 40 minutes they continued to go over to the other table and offer them snacks and apologized for the wait. But they never acknowledged us. Eventually I went inside and saw our order sitting there off to the side. They had set it aside and forgot about it and were plating the eggs of orders that came after us. After I said something they finished the order and we took our food to go. The frustrating part was that since the food had been waiting half assembled for an hour everything was soggy. Overall just really frustrating. The first frustration was them not being realistic about how long it would take for the eggs to be ready. The second frustration was that they didn’t wait to assemble the ordered and it got soggy. The third frustration was they consoled the other groups and simple forgot about our order.
Loved the food here. The Colorado lox was fresh tasting with super good quality of sourdough. The staff were extremely friendly, and the interior of the shop was very clean and cute.
1. Customer service needs work. Not all of the employees, but 45% of the employees there should go through multiple crash courses on Customer Service and Politeness. Sometimes I feel like I’m walking into city hall jury duty selection with the faces I’m greeted with upon entering. 2. We can hear you guys. It sucks I have to say this, but we can hear you when you’re talking about us, other customers or even your fellow co-workers. Every workplace is going to have a healthy amount of gossip and chatter, but try to keep it exclusive to you guys and not us the customers. 3. Transparency about authenticity & organic/non-organic ingredients.
Cool spot, obviously popular based on how busy it was, all food and drinks were fresh and healthy. Friendly staff too!
Love this place! All of the toasts are amazing and the purple bowl is my absolute favorite!! Dietary restrictions: Great GF options!
Yummy food with great service Vegetarian options: Beet tahini toast is a must
I’ve been to Green Collective several times and am so happy for Denver to have this restaurant as an option. Clean, healthy, delicious and a fun happy vibe. I work in Wash Park and couldn’t be more excited for their second location opening soon! I will be going there daily. Thank you Green Collective! Denver is better with you in it!
Prices are ridiculous. I drive all the way and didn't even eat there. Avocado toast was 24 dollars or something ridiculous. Their turmeric latte was amazing
Incredible gluten-free and gluten-full options!!
