The Great American Bagel

makes good bagel sandwiches. but they just made pay for sandwich where they gave me way less than usual

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! Avoid if possible. Unfriendly service, I love paying more for a great meal, not here! Extremely overpriced for horrible bagel breakfast. 2 Asiago cheese and egg bagels $23. Bagel felt old and wasn’t toasted well (I think they burned the first one and rushed the second), for that price I was expecting a on site made folded egg, nope, they serve with frozen egg patty from the box, and so small that it covered only half of the bagel. If you want a good breakfast, go elsewhere.

Beware of varying prices for different types of bagels ... the board is confusing (likely on purpose). Food was adequate.

I think they need a staff refresher...... Looking on here with 2 stars I can see why lol also it's like 9 am the staff does not want to work and left lol

Probably the worst bagel I have had. She put it in the toaster and it came out the same. She didn’t spread the cream cheese and instead left it right in the middle. I had to grab a knife from starbucks to spread it. The bagel itself is low quality and the asiago bagel can pass as a plain. Just go to Starbucks and get a bagel, not worth the trash service and mean looks.

So, I was passing through Charlotte Airport tonight around 9PM (12/27/23) and was looking for hot drink saw this shop and noticed that they sell hot tea. I approached the African American lady that was the only staff present at the time. She was cleaning the counter top and I said hello to attract her attention and place my order. We'll, she must be angry or something as it appeared I was talking to a robot because no answer and no acknowledgement of my presence. I had to leave but it's so sad that someone works in a public area doing business but they are mad at the world for something. Just happy there were other places around. This was in Gate D

Incredibly rude staff. An older man came up to me and was nasty to me about my service dog. He said, don't you see people eating around you it's disgusting. Wow! I asked for mayo, she told me no. flat out no, while spreading mayo on a sandwich. The crew are talking badly about the customers, calling them gross, fat etc. Then a group of 4 stood next to the tables and were yelling and singing. Wild place.

terrible service

Good looking and smelling bagels quickly turned to a Ho hum experience once we opened our overpriced bagels (uncharge for Asiago not worth it) to discover they had the toasters on high speed. Tasted like you were eating warm dry dough. Bagels looked delicious but had no taste. Cream cheese on bagels was not spread around. Keep walking by!
