Best bagel I have ever had.

There was no pesto on my pesto chicken sandwich that I paid almost $14 for in addition to a 20% tip. When I explained this to them and asked them for a side of pesto so I could put some on my sandwich, the guy behind the counter wouldn’t get it for me. He said it was in the back and not in front of him so he couldn’t do it. bad customer service because they refused to fix a problem. They don’t care. I would never buy from them again. No point in tipping.

It's not great, but not terrible! I had the chicken pesto pannani. The chicken was rubbery and not great, but everything else on it was good. It was very hot! My wife had the California turkey. It was OK. Expect airport prices.

Some of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. Very disappointing

Terrible in all ways. Very rushed by the staff. My buttered bagel was only buttered on one side. My wife's bagel did not provide a knife for spreading the cream cheese. $20 for two bagels, banana, and one water. If not in the RSW airport, this business would close it doors in a week.

Ordered ham and cheese panini. Got a piece of ham and a piece of cheese. For the lovely price of 13.00. So disappointing. Rip off!!!!
