The Graham

Horrific and terrifying experience! I hate to have to write this review because the Graham has been my go to neighborhood spot for 8 years and counting. I’ve come during the day, for happy hour and for late night drinks and bites. Tonight 3.15.24 9:00 pm I had a friend visiting from out of town and of course I took her over to the Graham. We were warmly greeted by an amazing drag queen hosting a screening of drag race! Amazing! we took a seat at the bar was began engaging with the bartender who immediately came across as drunk or under the influence of drugs. He was flustered, slurring his words and figiting. We asked to order food and he tore off receipt paper and began to scribble illegible writing then looked up at me and asked me to repeat my order again. He then said he was overwhelmed, the music was loud and he was having a panic attack and told me my order was complicated (I ordered a garden salad and nachos). Then he asked me what time it was. Then proceeded to get another piece of paper and began writing my order again. We ordered 2 drinks a mule and a Negroni. He looked at me and said which of these items is your drinks. Then he shared he was having a panic attack and that he couldn’t put in our food order because the person in the kitchen was sick and he felt nervous putting in a food order. He crumpled up the paper. My friend asked him are you treating us this way because we were women of color she felt so uncomfortable and he said no but was not making clear sentences. We both were trying to find a way to safely exit it felt so unsafe and frightening. We we made our exit in complete shock. I have never experienced anything like this at any location let alone Graham. I am shocked. Horrified and applauded. The owner must pay attention to this. It was Friday night and the bar was empty! Something is wrong. This is a neighborhood gem. A bright light. A joyful place. Please look into this.

Always excellent service and ice cold beers. Have tried most of their late night bites and they always hit. Love it when they play films on the projector late at night.

I visited recently and will not return. I did not enjoy the food was not good nor were the drinks.

What a fantastic place

Delicious food, amazing music, and a great atmosphere. Definitely stop by for a good time before a show or spend a relaxing time just chilling with friends. Will stop by again!

I've been living in the area for many years and this is the best neighborhood bar for food, drinks, events, etc. Love it! Shout-out to Gabriel!
