The Goodz (Seafood, Steak and Cocktails)

We walk to a quiet cold building. We were sat in a booth…. With cheap tables. Okay cool it’s Atlanta. When the server greeted us after we sat down for 20mins we had to wait almost an hour for drinks. When we wanted to order hookah the manager told us we couldn’t smoke hookah on this side. But the host NEVER asked us if we wanted to smoke hookah. ANYWAY!!!! We waited another 30mins for food. I got the lobster gumbo. DISGUSTING!!!!!!! I do not recommend it at all. Doug, the manager was able to switch out our meals. But the taste in my mouth is something I never want again. I won’t be returning or recommending to anyone!

It's hard to find good food

I wanted to love it, but it was okay. My cousins and I ordered a variety of things so that we could try a spread. The soul rollls were really good and so were the wings. The salmon has a delicious glaze, and the catfish was crispy. However, the fried king crab was not worth it, nor was the lobster Mac and cheese… or the regular Mac and cheese… you could get better mac from chic fil a Server was great, just prepare for your gratuity to be automatically added to your bill. Atmosphere wasn’t as upscale as I thought. It’s giving lounge, but not fine dining per se.

Keep in mind that this is a club with a restaurant inside.

DO NOT EAT HERE ! READ THE REVIEWS ! I normally don’t spend time to write the reviews but I had to Warn others. I’m highly disappointed with how I was handled. I ordered the Catfish Platter with two sides. As I looked on my plate.. I noticed that the fish was NOT Catfish. It was WHITING (note: Cheaper in price) ! If there’s anyone in the world that KNOWs Catfish.. it would be Me. It’s my Favorite Fish. I told the bartender it wasn’t catfish. She swore me up and down that it was. I explained that it was Whiting but she still was trying to tell me that it was Catfish. Another guy came from the back. I guess he was the cook. He lied to me as well to tell me it was Catfish. The Krack n Cheese was Cold and the Greens wasn’t the best. READ THE REVIEWS ! This place is a JOKE ! Many people have heard of this place because of Chef Too Kool but he is No Longer Affiliated with this place. I don’t blame him, because he’s made a smart decision. Never Again will I give them the chance to Lie to me.. nor will I support their business. Me giving them 1 Star is Too Much !

I have been wanting to try this place since TooKool Chef opened it and when I finally made it to ATL drive all the way over there, pay $12 for parking, walk up to the restaurant, just for them to be closed when they should have been opened for about 2 hours at that point. I was beyond annoyed and just how ghetto is that?? I bet I won't waste my time and gas again!

First time visiting Saturday and service was great and food was amazing!
