The Good Life Soul Food Cafe

I've eaten here for a few years but the last few times I was very disappointed with the sides : greens tasteless, mac & cheese not homemade, red beans/rice tasted burnt. Wasn't always like that. And the sides alone are small containers & very expensive.

I was just there food was very salty I was told no refunds and no exchanges. So I’m just out of $15. The workers are nice and they didn’t understand why I couldn’t even get an exchange but they have to listen to their boss.

The lady and I think she is the manager short natural is ruded...I've had a bad experience with her twice. She speaks to you very rude. I like their food but thinking about not going back. It is only her. Everyone else is very nice but she needs some customer service training
