At about 10:15 this morning my 3 year old and I came in for breakfast. We have been here before and never had a bad experience and the food was always good. We had a waitress that was middle aged who was not pleasant at all, she was very short never smiled and seemed very annoyed by us. I asked her to bring us a booster seat and when she came back my daughter was stacking the little jellies and playing with them. She does this at every restaurant we go to and no one has EVER had a problem with this. When she returned to our table she grabbed my daughter’s arm and took the basket of jellies from her and said she could not play with them because that is against “code.” I was absolutely shocked that she thought she could touch my child in that way aggressively. My daughter knows not to open the jelly or make a mess, and I am supervising her anyways. I then proceeded to get my child and we left without ordering anything and went somewhere else. We will never be back again after this interaction.
I was working in the area and decided to stop here for breakfast. Service was great and the food was even better. I ordered steak and eggs and the steak was very good and cooked perfectly to my liking. I definitely recommend this place and will go back.
Always great service and delicious Dietary restrictions: Always just ask and they accomodate Kid-friendliness: Great for families. Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely workable.
Cute place with a delightful menu.
Great food and such a nice atmosphere. Quite a gem.
This place is great. We both got omelets and shared a waffle. No idea what their syrup is cut with but it is the best we have ever had. We will be back when we can make the long drive!
This is the most friendly, down home place you can find! You're made to feel like family and treated like you were. A gem of a place in Cascade!!
Everything here is delicious
