The Fresh Market

An employee named Gina was so rude to my mom and I. She messed up our order and told her if we could get the potatoes, not the Mac n cheese. She rudely said “sorry, no more sides!” My mom was willing to pay extra just to get our original correct side order. It’s like she was telling us our limit because she didn’t want to take our order. She threw the spoon back in serving dish - she had such an attitude, and we didn’t even do anything! Everyone has a bad day, but this was disrespectful.

I am not one to write bad reviews, but as a loyal Fresh Market customer for a long time it is safe to say I am very disappointed in the management at this store. This store used to be so clean and (as the name indicates) "fresh". Last week I went over to the bakery to look for desserts for my nieces birthday party and I was mortified. The bakery display was dirty and full of crumbs (not to mention there were hardly any items on display to choose from). The self serving area for cookies and donuts had FLIES on them. To make matters worse, the lady at the bakery was condescending and rude when I asked her for help regarding a cake. If you don't want to be bothered with customer's questions, DON'T WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! It seems as if this store has gone down hill at a high speed once new management came in. I am very disappointed as I have enjoyed the cleanliness of the store in the past.

Really pretty store. Fresh fruit & vegetables. Very nice bakery and deli. I love their coffee and variety of pretty items. A tad expensive.

Clean, well stocked and easy to find needed items. In-house coffee was tasty and a great price! Staff is always friendly and helpful. I recommend the Fresh Market also for allergy-safe products. A nice variety to choose from.

They have a great selection of coffee beans!

I love the Fresh Market but on top that they used to be expensive now after they renovated the place they are twice as expensive. We, the customers are paying for the renovation that they did. Not fair !

Easy to navigate aisles.

I felt like one of the employees was racist with me. I was trying to order from the deli, and this employee was telling me he couldn’t understand me (I speak Spanish) and that he didn’t know what I was talking about, I even wrote down what I was trying to say and he said he couldn’t “read”. This is not the first time, he also did it to my mom once saying he couldn’t understand her. I felt like he wasn’t trying to take care of our order just because he couldn’t “understand” us. Bad costumer service, felt racist, and didn’t buy anything at the end.
