The Fresh Market

Fresh Market is voted #1….not this store! I’ve shopped here since it opened and over the past five years I have decided to go out of my way to another FM. You need to think about the working people after 3pm…you never restock or are ready with $3.99 chickens/ground beef pre-packaged so I don’t have to wait in line for the butcher that takes forever and on Thursdays there are never rotisserie chickens ready to grab! 3pm!! Restock and reset for the workers that want to go in, grab and go! Plus you need to be ready to add cashiers when the line is longer than 3 people…customer service!! I had to go to this store last week…again disappointed…walked in, no rotisserie chickens, 15 minute wait at 3:30pm….walked out…no turkey prepackaged ready and the cashier lines were 7 people deep!

Please Bring back BOGO mini crossaints!!! We’ve been a regular customers for years and this is very discouraging.

Clean store, relaxed environment, and friendly staff. Great selections at good prices. I'll definitely visit again.

I went with my service dog and was kicked out of the store by a male employee because I didn’t have my card with me. Very rude and obnoxious individual. Another person came behind me with a dog on her pouch and it was Ok for her to walk in with her dog with no vest! I felt discriminated against and will not come back to this location!

Really don’t recommend for fresh seafood or meat. I went at around noon so not super late, the clams were all open and the ice melted, and they suggested I don’t buy them. Then the mussels I bought made 2 of my guests sick! Yuck. I was worried to serve them because of the clams that were spoiled in the store and I was unfortunately right :-(. Also the employees were complaining to me outright how they hate working there! Bad experience many times, do NOT recommend for fresh food. Slow service and complaints from staff to guests.

Always a great experience at Fresh Market, got a Chicken Dinner for $15.99...Wonderful!!!!!

I was a former Employee of this particular store and It as the worst experience of my LIFE! They create an environment that so abusive and uncomfortable! The terrible customers that frequent there have all this power over true employees that you get Blames or threatened to be fired if you do something they don’t like. Not wrong or against policy but just simply they don't like that day based on their mood. For example: I had an injury once while doing my job but couldn’t get medical because the injury happens after my break so the company didn’t pay for any medical treatments, so I had to switch job from cart runner to cashier. A customer can up and wanted me to take her groceries out the cart but I explained to her I can’t because I have an Injured knee (prof statement form a doctor) and she got mad and called my manager (whom I told about my knee and knee about it and SAID I could switch Jobs) and then pulled me aside to the office and threatened to FIRE ME!!!!. So I let my other manager know about Hector (the a manger that EVERYONE complains about not just me) So that was my last working there because the stress and disrespect and disregard for your STAFF was unbearable. and when I initially go did just told I would be a "greeter and a cart sanitizer" but my job included WAY more than that. such as cleaning bathrooms, sanitizing doors ( this was during covid) in the whole store in and back of store as well as changing out the many trashcans within the store and in the departments AND having to work a heavy floor cleaning machine at closing!! and the bathrooms were a potential war zone because if the elderly customers that were regulars that would barley make it and if you are going to force someone during covid to clean A STRANGERS fececes on the toilet and FLOOR you need to do better than think breakable hand glove and a mask!! and the BIGGEST thing i've ever had to deal with was with the actual cleaning fluid! between Hector and the front end manager that was there at the time I was there but she quit not too long after (good for her) was the sanitizing fluid, I got 3 diff answer from all of the and one answer from an employee. and the mop was DISGUSTING! it was dirty and gunky and NEEDED to be changed or thrown out. (MIND YOU.....were during Covid) this company is clearly too cheap to hire ACTUAL cleaners and too ill equipped to properly train people to actually perform their job adequately and efficiently. So I will not not every recommend anyone to work for this store!!! EVER! and after being gone for son long I encountered another worker who still works there and the same air of misery that perfumes that store was sell over her face and in her disposition. :(((
