The French Workshop

The food is great. Most staff is helpful but the lack of one line is frustrating. The same employee should help me down the line. I wait on line and if I want something from the other half I have to wait on line again. All new customers are confused I’ve had to explain. Your employees just seem to disappear to the next customer. Also you have to look at the counters to know. So it’s convenient for someone to stay with you.

Good selection of desserts. It was busy on a Sunday afternoon so you might have to wait a bit if you want to get seating inside.

The most delicious pastries in town

I stood at the counter for five minutes waiting to be served as the little korean girl served every white person she could that came in AFTER me and she NEVER acknowledged me. Little white girl served me with fear in her eyes bc she KNEW it was blatant. I will tell everyone I know it is a hostile environment for us. I will go back to Martha’s. Much better service.

Bring back the original yogurt with granola and berries please! The new container is smaller and has more plastic so it’s harder to mix everything. There’s also less fruit and the granola is different too! The lemon and peach infused choices don’t hold a candle to the original formula. Keep them for customers who like them AND bring back what was always selling out

As always, the French workshop did not disappoint me. Their sandwiches are delicious, especially the salmon and arugula. Super fresh and very tasty. And the price is not too bad by comparison with other places. The passionfruit tart was to die for. Not too sweet and slightly tart. Perfectly balanced between the two. The bottle of fruit juice was a little too expensivefor the size, but very good. The place was jam-packed, as always, but the service ran pretty smooth. I love hanging out here also because of the atmosphere. I go eat at the French Workshop as often as I can. Kudos to the owner who set up such a nice place.

I love going there at least once a week. The food and the pastry are great. The customer service is amazing, they recognize me every time I go. I become familiar to them . I am glad that we have a very good coffee hope in our neighborhood that we can enjoy!
