Great service and romantic atmosphere. The menu has some great choices of different game that are tasty.

Having dinner here with my loved one is an experience I will treasure for the rest of my life. We were both so excited to try the different selections, all beautiful, perfect, and masterfully prepared. I highly recommend the bison eggs and the creme brulee.

It was good. Went for restaurant week. The service was good for the most part. Lack a little. The food was awesome. It looked like they were trying to squeeze in more than normal. The tables were tight. I would like to try again on a regular week

Wow just wow! Phenomenal food, amazing atmosphere and all of the staff were brilliant and extremely kind. My boyfriend and I went here for a date night. The Fort did not disappoint! Everyone was extremely accommodating and we had a wonderful view. The food was just fantastic, everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. This was our first time really having wild game as an entree; I’m so happy this was our first experience. I highly recommend this restaurant, we will definitely be back!

What a thrill! We celebrated my birthday at this wonderful destination. For years, we've known about it and finally went. Our experience was exceptional. Our food was delicious. They definitely know what they are doing when it comes to preparing meat and game. We even tried the "sampler" platter appetizers that included Rocky Mountain Oysters, tongue, sausage, and guacamole. My meal was the Garlic Butter Bison Fillet, while my husband chose the combination plate of Bison, Elk Rib, and Quail. Because it was my birthday they provided a gratis dessert! Oh my! A chile chocolate bourbon cake. (I would return just for that! ) Our server and her assistant were both fantastic, always available for questions, and to provide beverage refills. Additionally, a wonderful strolling Native Flute player provides a wonderful history lesson about the property and amazing music! Thank you, Eric. (I wish I had gotten a picture with him.) The view, art, and architecture are well worth the effort and trip.

Incredible service while doing the Restaurant week deal. Love the vibes, drinks, and the food was outstanding, too! But really though, amazing service from everyone! Will be back!

We had an absolutely incredible meal at The Fort this evening! I genuinely can’t stop thinking about it, and cannot wait to be back! I had never heard of The Fort until I was scrolling through the Denver Restaurant Week menus and was so intrigued by not only the menu but the location and atmosphere as well. It did not disappoint! You really feel like you’re transported back to the old west. The food was so incredible, and we were grateful our friendly server recommended the mac and cheese.. just wow! I was salivating looking at other tables’ prime rib, and cannot wait to come back to try it. On top of everything, they have an extensive list of mocktails which always make me so happy as someone who doesn’t drink. A bonus that it’s an amazing woman-owned establishment! Again cannot wait to be back, absolutely thrilled with everything this evening and will be raving about it to all of my friends in the area!
