Not great to promote and sell tickets online for your new holiday bar and then do last call / not let anyone in past 11. And when you go to the Roosevelt next door, equally rude and u welcoming.

The Eleanor is great. We had a dinner party last week in the Downstairs and they had a fabulous menu and the food was wonderful. They even provided a DJ per our request. Frank Botello was our event manager and he was super professional and he and all the staff were very friendly.

Very nice, great cocktails. They actually know how to make a Hemingway Daiquiri, which is rare in my experience.
