Do not waste your money there. Expensive and not good. What else?

Horrible place, horrible food and unreasonably expensive, don't eat there! Worse experience in NYC The MET should be ashamed of hosting this place inside

Disgusting. Shocking that such a prestigious museum would have a vile cafeteria.

horrible food, horrible service. my burger was burnt to a crisp and the fries were barely cooked at all. highly do not recommend

The place has a cool college diner vibe, with a spacious and well-lit atmosphere. However, I noticed that the staff was a bit unprofessional and seemed disinterested. The menus were confusing, and the ordering process was a bit disorganized with no clear queues. The burgers, sandwiches, and hot dogs were prepared in advance and placed over heaters, which made them dry and tasteless. The fries and chicken tenders were sometimes reheated multiple times. And let's not even talk about the prices! The portion sizes of the fries and burgers were ridiculously small. Overall, I wasn't impressed and probably won't be going back. I’d rather go steal a mummy and eat that instead of coming here again. .

The US Congress should make a law that prohibits requiring a tip at take-out food courts. The quality of dishes were not bad, but I doubt if all of these really worth $120

The meat is raw, the barbecue sauce is liquid and disgusting, and French Fries taste like raw potato. AND IM STILL TRYING TO FIGURE OUT IF THE PEOPLE WHO WORK AT THE CASH REGISTER WORK AS WELL AS YOUR AVERAGE FROG.

I got food poisoning after eating the undercooked chicken here. Reported to NYC Health department. They need to shut the food services down at the Met. Unfortunately, all the dining venues are extremely problematic.

5 bucks for a fountain drink and it's not even refillable?! You gotta be kidding me! The steak sandwich is not half bad though. Decent amount of meat.
