The oxtail/curry goat are pretty decent here…brownstew not. The ackee and salt fish to too oily and salty (saltier than it should taste). Stick with oxtail, if you eat it…not sure about anything else on the menu.
Ordered a large oxtail with a side of Mac and cheese. Rice was cold, oxtails was not great and the mac seemed like it was made days ago. This is not the first time.
They need a better serving system to keep the line moving.
That's Dutchpot's small cup of porridge that they charge $6.20 for. Crying shame. I'm not going back there. Try to support your black country man and they screwed you. Better is out there. I bought this at the restaurant on Commercial Blvd.
It's hit or miss, but usually a hit. Went back a few times to see if they had the salmon patties after trying it once (and it was good!), but they never had any (and I went back within the same week). Ordered a small jerk chicken another time and the pieces she gave me must have been from the day before because it was somewhat dry and very dark and really no meat, I guess from being dry.
The customer service here is horrible, some of the employees, just act like they don't want to be there, they have attitudes they act like they can't ear and/or don't list. Davia S the cashier was the worse she had a nasty attitude and when i was questioning her about the food and again at this point i was now annoyed and it showed she just closed the window in my face and walked away, then she went to get an girl who was sharing food when she came over and i asked her what the girl name was she said she said she didn't know. Dutch pot management please invest in some customer service training for your employees because unfortunately this is not my first time experiencing bad service for your company. Dutch pot got some good food(most of the time) that's why i come back. I spent over $30 like i said the food was good but as a company your employees need to do better
