Actually the best pub in Boston. I hope to be buried under this place when I’m gone.
The food was fantastic. I can speak for the shortrib, veggie shepherds pie, pigs in a blanket and the fries.
So, my friends and I hit up the Pub, and let me tell you, it was a blast! The vibes in there were off the charts. We had such a good time, laughing, chatting, and just soaking in the atmosphere. And speaking of atmosphere, it was legit. Like, the kind of place you walk into and instantly feel at home. Good tunes, good drinks, good company, what more could you ask for? Definitely adding this spot to our regular hangouts list. Can't wait to do it all over again! Made me feel like I was in NYC for some reason haha!
Barman was more interested in chatting up the women and took an age to acknowledge us. I have drank a lot of Irish pubs all over Ireland and Liverpool and this place felt like it was trying to be something it isn’t; felt like a chain pub with no character or charm. I would not bother if you are after a proper Irish pub experience.
Tasty Beef and Guiness Pie, mashed potatoes and carrots. Background music was just at the right level to enable a lively dinner conversation with old friends. Enough screens to glace at the Final Four while not being distracting as we caught up. The Dubliner does the old Kinsale justice! ❤
Excellent Irish bar that actually feels like an Irish bar, the last place I want to visit on my holidays is an Irish bar but my sister talked me into it. I wasn't disappointed, amazing Guinness and chicken curry. Service was excellent and attentive. It's not cheap but for a genuine feeling Irish bar you can't go wrong. I will definitely be back.
