The Dispensary

Sadly, didn't live up to the hype. The website hypes it up to be an amazing place. Some of the reviewers had a good experience. Unfortunately, we just didn't. We were excited about the cocktail menu. The mule and the old fashioned were decent; the gin cocktail was unbalanced and not good. The gyro was ok; the burger was not ok. It was not cooked to order, on the small side, and didn't come with lettuce & tomato. Which, fine, and I asked for L&T (and waited and waited) which made it slightly better, but not great. Burgers aren't hard and a good one in Flo isn't difficult to find. This was a disappointment. The truffle fries that everyone raves about are frozen shoestring fries from the air fryer with too much salt and a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese. Not impressive. Lastly, while the rooftop is nice and there is cozy seating ... an entire building blocks the view of the horizon. You cannot actually see the sun set from there. I came, I saw, I wasn't impressed. Hopefully you have a better experience than I did.

Great food menu, Excellent drinks. Mixology at its best. If you are craving a different taste with some pow wow energy. This place is one of. Kind. Cool staff and nice location. Lol Roof Top.

My experience at the Dispensery was AMAZING! The bartenders were very nice and knowledgeable. I wanted something herbal to help with my throat, and the drink she made me was perfect. Highly Recommend everyone visiting The Dispensery.

I really enjoyed it, I would definitely return.
