We didn't want much out of a wedding reception venue, and this place was on the cheaper side. They didn't offer much outside of a personal bartender(optional) and a HUGE selection of beers and ciders and a few wines. That was perfect. We just needed a place with a bartender, music, and a table to serve the catering on. It had what we want on a budget, and we were assured we could have our music on the speaker system. So we reserved the 2ND floor for a private wedding party. Over the next few weeks we curated a 4 hour long wedding playlist, with songs that I asked my friends to contribute to and everything. THE DAY OF, we were told that's not possible because the speaker system is shared between floors and that we would have to bring in our own portable speaker. The 1st floor of this place seats maybe 16 people, and it was rarely full. But they couldn't accommodate our music, which was all more than appropriate, given what they were already playing. Otherwise, a good experience, just not quite what was promised.
