The Crafted Burger

Wanted to check this place out which is located in the Lincoln Eatery. They started following me on Instagram and honestly the burgers look delicious. I arrived at 11:30 and was greeted by what I'm assuming was the chef. He took my order, I created my own Burger, ordered the fries and the mac and cheese bites and a bottle of water. All of that came out to about $34. Mind you that wouldn't be so much divided by 2 people but I wanted to try out a few things. The Burger itself was completely overcooked, I asked for medium rare however they explained to me afterwards that they cook everything through (well done) as per policy. I'm sorry but I just can't enjoy my meat well done. I need red in the center not white. Also the jalapenos tasted old and were soggy and wet, the fried egg was also overcooked and it was just way too greasy. However the onions were delicious and so was the bun. I didn't even take a picture of the Mac and cheese bites, one they're not very photogenic and two they're not very good. The fries however were very delicious; salty and crispy just perfect. I think I'm gonna come back and give him a second chance, I'd like to try one of their shakes and perhaps give the burger a second try. But like I said I cannot enjoy my meat well done, nasty.
