The Counter

Terrible food, $21 for a chicken club and they didn't put bacon on it. Bun was hard. Stay away, horrible location/food/service.

I am a huge fan of the counter and love their Hamburgers so was excited to grab a burger on our way out of town. Unfortunately the meat used here is completely different and was one of the worst tasting burgers I've ever had. Additionally my order was for no cheese on the burger, when I brought it back I literally watched the person in the kitchen take the patty and top bun from my box and put it in another box being prepared. If you really want to experience The Counter go anywhere but here.

Had my first meal back in America here. Burger was solid, I was given a generous amount of fries. Cashier was cool and the food came out within ten minutes. The only downside was it cost 30 bucks.

Expensive and bland. The best way to describe the burger here is to imagine those times you’re at a party and someone is grilling burgers in the backyard— the burgers are cooked over the period of an hour and piled on top of each other. Then finally after 30 minutes, they get brought inside, and you start getting your share to find out that they’re overcooked, luke warm, the cook forgot the seasoning, and that the cheese has gotten solid again after such a long time sitting. But you eat it because you’re hungry and in good company — except in this case you’re probably just hungry. It almost fell on the floor and for a second I thought that would add some much needed seasoning and taste to my food. 2/5 stars, at least they didn’t screw up my order.

I really wanted to give no stars but I have to put one to give my review. The food was over priced and horrible never again. They give blt sandwiches without the patty what a waste of money.

I ordered the English muffin breakfast sandwich. The menu said it came with garlic aioli, which I LOVE, and cheddar cheese. I specifically ordered this because most of the other sandwiches said they came with Swiss cheese, which I LOATHE. I ordered on the electronic menu and was confused when it gave me the option to remove the Swiss cheese. I asked one of the employees if my order came with cheddar or Swiss. She asked the kitchen and assured me it came with Swiss. I told her what the order screen said, and she told me to just click “no Swiss.” I said “ok. But don’t take off the cheddar.” When I got the sandwich, there was no cheese at all…and no aioli! It was dry and barely enjoyable. I understand these are first world problems, but still. That’s what these review sections are for.

Dudes don’t give a dang about it. Food was made wrong twice. He passed off a real burger for and impossible burger. Asian dude with a attitude is rude

So so so bad! Go anywhere else! Should have read reviews before. If you want 2 staff member ignoring you and having a chat, a dry burger that comes out in less than a minute and has clearly been sitting there, while paying 25 dollars for the privilege. Be, their, guest. You have been warned.

I wrote my review and they deleted it. Horrible burger and very very very overpriced $15 dollars for a flat, almost empty, dry and old grilled cheese hamburger that costs 50 cents to make. DO NOT BUY HERE. I should have seen the reviews before. Their “Trifecta Grilled Cheese burger” is a terrible scam entirely.
