The Corner Grill

The Corner Grill aced the taste! We enjoyed the homemade chicken tenders, fries and meatloaf special. The menu had something for everyone. We are in town for a ballgame and would definitely come back if we find ourselves in New Pal again. We would recommend it for kids and adults.

Love this little hometown restaurant. I love that you can bring your kids while dining. But if you have a night out you can choose to sit in the bar area. Food is really amazing. You can get just about anything here. Been going here since 2014. Can't go wrong here at all. The outdoor patio is awesome too. Parking: Can be difficult to park on weekends. Kid-friendliness: Kids enjoy it here

Talked to the manager SWEET lady....very accommodating...going forward there are going to be changes it sounds like. Food is ALWAYS EXCELLENT best fish tacos I've ever had and I lived in Florida. Definitely will be back. We like non chain places this one is a must stop in.

Pizza was too soggy, not done at all. Sorry

Small hometown bar in New Pal. Cool vibes and great staff. I was lured there by a recommendation that it had "the best pizza". I ordered wings as well. The Carolina Gold traditional wings were very good even if they were heavy on sauce. The pizza however was a disappointment. The crust was wet and limp. Although the overall taste was good, I wish the slices had not been soggy. I'd be willing to give it another try because it seems like a cool bar but I may try something else from their menu besides the pizza. UPDATE: It seems as if there has been a change. Maybe it was just because it was a weekday, but it seemed more family friendly than before. There is some new seating and the menu has changed. Unfortunately the Carolina Gold wings are no longer an option. I was much happier with the pizza. It was very tasty with a crispy crust and plenty of toppings. I've upgraded my rating from my first review to reflect that.
