I ordered the Kobe burger, the cheese flat bread, and some chili garlic wings. They were all delicious and generous servings. To be honest I was surprised how good it was. I would definitely recommend.
Great place to take the family!
I have stayed at Wyndham Irvine numerous times over the past 2 1/2 years. The staff in the restaurant has always been friendly. On a prior stay, I noticed the food at The Copper Chef was not the same quality as I experienced on my previous visits. I’ve been here all this week. Three days ago I ordered a waffle. It was under cooked. When I pointed this out to server, she laughed, shrugged and walked away. I brought this to the attention of the hostess (I believe she is also management). She laughed. I said, I’m not sure you understand. She apologized and rung up my order at full price. I pointed out again that the waffle was not edible. She offered to get me another waffle. I had to explain several times that I do not have time to wait. She gave me a very small discount. No apology. Today I am heading to the airport and kept it simple. Cottage cheese, muffin, bacon and coffee. The coffee is bitter. I added sugar (extremely rare for me). Still too bitter. I asked server for a fresh coffee. He argued with me that it is the same coffee they always serve. I told him I wasn’t questioning that it was the same coffee. I said it is burnt. He continued to argue. He finally got me another pot, of bunt coffee. Perhaps the same pot. I guess I need to find another hotel my next trip
The definition of mediocre.
Worst wings I’ve ever had
