The Coffee Mill

It is located on the Grand Ave Oakland, CA 94610…. The coffee shop inside is really big with a lot of table open for dining… Love the customer service with the respect for the customers…hope that always you guys work on the customer service!!!

This place is the bomb! Great atmosphere - I got welcomed and taken care of within seconds of walking through the door. AND there was a line! Service was spot on, food tasted amazing - had the lumberjack breakfast wrap paired with some coffee - and Susanne had a big smile throughout the whole service! Saw her take care of every other customer as well with the same amount of love. She felt like an auntie taking care of her family. Professional, and customer service here is unmatched. Such a breath of fresh air from walking into restaurants and feeling like they don’t want your business. You WON’T get THAT feeling here!

I had coffee and a bagel. The bagel was fresh and the coffee was warm even though it was around lunchtime. The covered patio was very nice especially with the sun shining. The next visit will be for the full breakfast.

The banana bread is phenomenal. Like "wow"!

The latte I ordered was not a true latte but rather coffee in a bowl with milk poured into it. I am no coffee critic but this was pathetic. My omelet was runny and should be an embarrassment to the ownership. Would not recommend.
