This is the best Coffee Bean in the area if you want your drink made correctly and I order my drinks the way they are on the menu (no customizations). Staff have been friendly every time I come in. This is the Coffee Bean experience I'm used too. I don't know what's going on but between the 2 CBTL's in Oxnard and the other one in Ventura this is the only one making drinks correctly.

Why does this store close at 8:45pm when it supposed to close at 9pm on a sunday?

The staff talks too much and does not pay attention to the customers, was not treated and welcomed to satisfaction.

Good lemon cake and peppermint mocha. The bathrooms have codes for the doors. Obviously to keep out the homeless. Why would you lock up a dirty bathroom that smells like Fresno?
