The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

I came to get a Vanilla spiced oat latte. The cashier was helpful and said they were out of cardamom but was able to add cinnamon to the drink. The place was busy. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I have been going to this coffee bean for a while now. There's two guys who work here that are so charismatic one of them being a man named Christian, however a short woman with brown hair working here on January 19th, Friday at 2 pm gave us the worst attitude and made my husband feel like he was unwelcome. We placed a mobile order and he didn't see it in the pickup order 20 minutes after the app said it was ready, he asked a general question to this woman and was met with rudeness and hostility. I don't know what this lady might be going through to lash and give attitude like that but it was uncomfortable and distasteful. We missed our usual baristas that are typically in there. I don't think I'll want to go back to this coffee bean in the future, no reason to pay for someone to make me uncomfortable.

There were 3 workers standing around talking while I was waiting. Once the server came over to me she was good but it was unnecessary for me to wait. Coffee was fine Parking: It is usually very busy parking lot. Difficult to get close to store at peak times Wheelchair accessibility: Small space but it would be possible to get a couple inside. No problem outside

. . . so much better than Starbucks (no burned taste to their coffee), and it's also a much warmer, cozier environment! . . . GREAT service, too! Their ultimate ice blended drinks are also FAR BETTER than Starbucks Frappuccino drinks.

Awful customer service

Nice vanilla spiced oat latte and vanilla chai oat latte and pesto egg sandwich. Super friendly barista. Great spot to study.

Excellent for coffee

Male Barista, shift supervisor, taking orders at the counter was rude to the customers with a humbbug attitude. He was very rude to the elder gentleman and gave him attitude. He gave me a death ray just because I laughed about something. Gentleman who stood behind me told me he was being very mean and I should report him. I told him he is probably upset because he had to work on Christmas morning, and he probably IS the manager The Barista made customers leave with a very sour test of coming back to this store. I should have gone to the Starbucks Hope he gets coals in his stocking for makiing his customers feel bad
