Coffee was delicious. 10/10

Very busy at the time we were there. BUT the line was like 15 People. We were going to the toilet & the Lady behind the Counter screamed „YOO YOU HAVE TO ORDER TO GO TO RESTROOM“. Yeah we in line to do that. My Girl is in line but i had to go. „NOOO I HAVE TO SEE U ORDER“. Really ?! Never go to This Place.

We are out for a walk in Los Angeles, the service so far has been good, but these people are not prepared to serve the public in this place and the coffee was completely cold and delayed, I do not recommend the place, you could have a bad time.

Walked in. The place was hot as hell no air conditioning. The two girls failed to acknowledge me know so I guess in a few minutes that I was there. So I walked out. Lazy Service and uncomfortable environment to be standing in. I won’t be back.

Good location & options for hot or cold drinks. Ordered caramel macchiato iced with oat milk and got breakfast sandwich warmed up. Ended up visiting again day before I left - not too busy in morning during week. Cool space to sit outside to see the strip, but be part of shop.

Best customer service ever

I always loved CBTL but they don’t have in Germany. The service was good, the atmosphere was just okay and recommended to just take it away and have it while walking around the area.

Well maintained, friendly and professional staff and a break from a very hectic Hollywood Blvd.

Very nice place and lots of fun!
